This Java applet converts between unsigned 32-bit hexadecadic and decimal numbers. It is useful for Programmers who do not have a good hex calculator (such as Alessandro Levi Montalcini 's CalConvert or James Thomson's PCalc on the Macintosh) and do not want to start their debugger just for this purpose. On invalid input it does nothing.
